  North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven GmbH & Co. - (50%)

  NTB North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven is a joint-venture with APM Terminals, a company of the A. P. Moeller-Maersk group and a sister company of Maersk Line, the world´s biggest Shipping Line. As a"dedicated terminal", NTB has handled container vessels operated by the world’s biggest shipping lines on the northern section of the Bremerhaven Container Terminal since 1998. The good partnership between Maersk Line and the Container Terminal Bremerhaven contributes to the success of this location.

  MSC GATE Bremerhaven GmbH & Co. KG - (50%)

  MSC Gate, situated at the Southern part of Bremerhaven container terminal, is a joint-venture of EUROGATE and TIL Terminal Investment Limited, an investment company of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company. The joint venture contract was signed in spring 2004. The joint venture has operated berths and handling space at the Bremerhaven container terminal exclusively for MSC ships.

  EUROGATE Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven is Germany’s only deep-water port. It offers all shipping lines excellent, fast and flexible handling possibilities. Apart from EUROGATE,  Hapag-Lloyd holds a 30-percent stake in the operating company.
